Lumi32 is not designed to replace Raya Pro. Raya Pro is a complete plugin that already includes a panel dedicated to the creation of luminosity masks: Instamask. Furthermore, Raya Pro has many more features than Lumi32 and is suitable for the entire workflow (as I explained here).
Astro Panel integrates color, tonality and luminosity masks that work together to increase the quality of post production. We have introduce Real Time Selection over the entire image of the luminosity masks. Just a click of the mouse to select the area you want to modify and the game is done.

Probably the most important thing for landscape photographers is the ability to use luminosity masks to selectively control the adjustments; at the beginning I was quite worried to loose them, working in Affinity Photo. But a very short research showed me that in AP there is an even more powerful tool for doing the same, and it is called "Blend ranges": the point is that you can choose how an adjustment layer blends in the image, based upon the luminosity.In fact, for every adjustment layer you can choose "Blend Option": a new panel appears, and in the right graph (as per figure) you can choose where the adjustment will be applied and where not, based on the pixel luminance.
It was great to speak with Giuseppe about his new creation; probably, the only thing that I should suggest to improve even more the TTS Pro 2 is to include something like "tonality masks", to select warm or cold colors.
Another important step with these two images is to correct their tonality to more closely match the lighting of the falls. The Buddha statue is brighter than it should be for this scene and the woman a tad darker than she should be. To make the correction, I used a Curves adjustment layer for both images (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves), clipping each to its respective target layer. For Photoshop CS4, adjusting Curves is a more intuitive process. Simply click the little hand-arrow widget in the Adjustments panel (see Figure 3), move the cursor over the area where you want to modify the tones, and then click-and-drag upward to brighten or downward to darken. 2ff7e9595c
